Random reading

Friday we stocked up on books from the library like every week and like every week I usually only venture to the NEW section. There's a little bit of everything there, and I don't have time to browse the entire library.

Here's what I've been reading this week.

This one is good and  I actually learned a great tip that I've started using.

Tip: Reuse the mesh bags from the grocery store to clean w with. I buy my apples in bulk in these and some of the things from the farmer's market come in these too. They're great for scrubbing and not too abrasive. They work great on my sink and stovetop!

I'm about halfway through this one and really loving it. Nothing especially new or earth shattering, but it's well written and puts good perspectives on being an at home Mom. I've been grabbing and reading it while I'm nursing Cohen, so I just might actually finish this one this week. And her kids? So adorable. Makes me want 5...hahahaa...maybe not.

The kid's basket too of course. They devour their books, so they only make it until Tuesday before we take them back and get new ones. I try to let Elise pick out her own, and doing it this way...well...we've gotten some interesting books.  I guess it's true that you can't always judge a book by it's cover.

As soon as  we  get home they dig right in.

...and he eats flip flops. To each his own.

great book ideas! I agree, I really liked the organic housekeeping book too. I'll have to check the At home mom one out.
