His teacher traces their body and sends the paper home to color
and decorate with pictures to share with the class.
So cute and he was soooo excited.
Elise wants to do one now...which is why I was looking for
the butcher paper yesterday. I found it at one store...if I want 40+ feet.
I wanted to help him, but I resisted and let him go to town.
He colored everything and then drew the face.
Take a look at that face. Oh my gosh...we were trying SO hard not to laugh.
He made sure he drew in his two missing teeth because he had just lost one that day.
and because someone was a little interested and confused about what
I was taking pictures of.
Not him? How dare I?!
I'll leave you with a layout that I did last night. That doll was sort of a nightmare to make and the whole time I was thinking how ugly it was, and I was worried she wouldn't like it, but go figure.
She does and that makes me happy. Totally worth all the nights of sewing. and cursing. heheee.
Good night!

Love the layout and his face drawing is indeed hysterical. So cute how they pick up on only certain details and the rest are totally out the window.
