Thoughts today

1. Purging. Kid's clothes, baby gear, toys, my clothes, scrapbooking supplies. I don't want to haul it back to Oregon with us so it needs to go.

also just trying to use up what supplies I have instead of buying more. I put myself on a self imposed ban from supplies for awhile except for adhesive and I'm trying to use what I have. I've actually made a lot more since then...go figure, but it's working! Not that it isn't killing me this month. This kit is awesome. I love every bit of it.

I made this last night with the SC kit from March 2009. this is probably my favorite kit, but I got it right when we moved, and in my first trimester with C...no scrapping going on then. Now it's almost gone and I even got an add on.

2. Shopping. I have 8ish lbs left to lose and then I'm treating myself to new clothes. Purging those too and it's BAD. It feels really good to get rid of all the maternity clothes, but I have nothing left. I refuse to buy new things until I reach my goal though, so it's really good motivation.

3. Exercising.  Bob and Jillian are helping me reach my goal. Working out is great until I wake up the next morning. and I can't stand. or walk. or bend down. hahahaa! All worth it though, right? That's what I keep telling myself.

4. Moving.  About 2 months and I'm really trying not to think about it because I can't do anything until we get there. I am such a planner that it drives me nuts to think about moving without having a house to move into, but luckily we have family there and I know it will work out. So...drives me crazy...so trying not to think about that aspect and focus on getting rid of everything, cleaning and getting ready.

5. Dogs. I know that's really random, but we've told the kids we would get a dog when we moved back to Oregon and that's all they've been talking about. Elise wanted a poodle, but Landon told her they only like old women. Pat wants a mutt...and I have no idea, but I'm leaning towards one of these.

So very random, but there's what's on my mind today. That and why can't I find butcher paper anywhere? I've been to every grocery store around here and no one carries it. I'm on the quest and seriously debating going to an actual butcher to see if they would sell me any.
