{inspection...check!}

whew! Only 3+hrs later, but everything went well and nothing major. I had nightmares about having termites and mold, but there was nothing like that...only minor things to fix. Next is the appraisal and more waiting for the loan to go through. I'm hoping to at least have an estimated closing date tomorrow. :) eek! So excited.


I did a couple of layouts the other day for Cohen. Nothing too exciting, but little things I wanted to record. For his 1 yr birthday I printed out a picture for each month and hung them up above his table. I had them, so I used a couple for the first page. I love looking at the newborn him and the one year old him next to each other. Sweet baby. :)

I only brought a iris box full of stuff and a few tools. Needless to say these are very simple pages, but I had the urge to scrap, so I'm glad I at least had something with me. Funny thing is it made me feel so much better to do something crafty...it's been quite awhile.

I could ramble, but Cohen just woke up and the poor boy has an ear infection. He's had a cold and after not sleeping much last night I took him in today and voila. When an easygoing baby turns into a whiny, clingy, crying puddle on the ground it's always meant ear infection. He needs some extra cuddles tonight.
