I still need to sew up a few more pillows for her bed, but I wanted to share anyway. Her room was so much fun to do, especially since I hardly spent anything. Everything in it I either had already, "borrowed" from the rest of the house, found at antique/thrift stores, or made myself. When I first wanted to do her room I wanted to do it in yellows, greens, and touches of pink, but in the end it turned out to be mostly pink. It's very her and I wanted her to have some say in what went in there. She adores it and that's what matters!
Elise dressed up for her St. Patrick's Day party at school yesterday.
Paint color- Sherwin Williams Antique White (mixed into Valspar paint)
Bedding-Target (Duvet made from sheets)
Rug-Overstock
Now it's onto the boy's room. I'm completely out of my comfort zone, but I have some ideas and I'm just going to go with it and see what it ends up like. :)
