A few layouts from Granny's cupboard

I didn't actually get Studio Calico's May kit (Granny's cupboard)  but I did buy my favorite things from it and all the add ons. Probably a good thing because I wanted things from every. single. one. This kit ranks right up there with Iconic and Garment District. I think it's the colors...blue and yellow with that pop of red...how could you make a bad layout with that combo?!

A super simple layout I did awhile ago. A lot of my layouts have been super simple lately
because I've been scrapping in the living room at night. I usually just grab a kit and a punch
or two and I'm good to go!

I had so much fun making this one. I channeled my inner Jennifer Johner for this one.
She is a master of mixing embellishments and pieces all over her page and making it look fabulous.
I really love this layout and it was a blast to make.

I messed up on the journaling on this one, so I had to cover it up with the label sticker.
Not ideal, but it works and in the end really won't matter. I doubt I'll even remember I made
a mistake when I go back and look at it.

I made this one last night and it was super quick...like 30 minutes or less. I've had these pictures of Cohen printed for months, but I've been waiting for the perfect papers to scrap them with. Funny thing is I started the layout and had everything down and realized I didn't even have any paper on the page yet. hehe. The Lily bee lovely collection was the perfect shade of green for it though.

There really is nothing better than a freshly bathed baby. I was thinking this the other night when
it was bath night and I had 3 sweet smelling kids on my lap reading books. mmmm...seriously I think
I could eat them up. The big ones smelled like cherry pie and Cohen smelled like this. Hands down best smelling baby soap EVER.  He sort of smells like a sweet cabbage patch doll. heheheeee.

Take care and have a great weekend!
